We make every effort to ensure that all of our products are available to you, the customer. However, we cannot guarantee that every item displayed will, in fact, be in stock at the time of you accessing our site. Therefore, this on-line publication does not constitute an offer of sale.

Our normal delivery times are:
• Between 8.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
• Within 3 to 7 working days of placing your order.

If you are not available to provide a signature on the specified date, you may incur a charge for re-delivery. For practical reasons, deliveries cannot be left in porches, garages, sheds or in any other location other than the specified address. Presently, we regret that we are not permitted to deliver goods to any address that is not situated on the ground-floor. Therefore, if you live above the ground floor (for example, in a flat) we can only deliver your goods to the ground floor entrance.

Please note: We do not deliver to addresses outside the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt of the goods.

We will collect the goods from the delivery address on a mutually agreed date. We will refund the total amount paid for the goods, less the cost incurred by us, The Provider, for collecting said goods. This cost is charged by the Delivery Company and will depend on the size of your order.

All goods must be produced as received, ie: all goods must be re-packaged and presented in the manner they were received.

Refunds will be made to the purchase payment card within 30 days of cancellation.

If you receive goods that are either Damaged or Faulty, you must report this to us immediately either by phone: +353 21 234 8949, or email: , whereby further arrangements for a replacement order will be made. This new replacement order will be delivered within the time period detailed on our website.

We recommend that you wait until after the delivery before scheduling any installation work. This will allow you to check the goods and resolve technical issues, if any.

The grass is not classed as Faulty if delivered or installed with creases. Due to the molecular structure of the fabric, creasing when rolled is perfectly normal. These creases will fall out within three months of installation / supply. If Artificial Grass Cork are installing the surface, we will over-stretch the grass and fix securely. The grass will de-crease noticeably on a daily basis.

Grass designated for sports use must be sand filled to avoid the pile crushing. This process may incur an additional charge. Quotes can be provided by contacting the sales office.

We provide our grasses with a 8 year manufacturers guarantee.

We fill your order from the same batch of grass to ensure there are no colour variations in your new lawn. Therefore, if you want to add more at a later date, there may be a slight colouration difference, so consider all your options now and plan ahead.

Artificial Grass cannot be liable for any colour differences between the same products if ordered separately. Due to limitations of browser software and monitors, the colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website.

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
